2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you provide voluntarily
When you fill in the availability request form on the website, we collect the data you share with us directly:
- first name and last name;
- email address;
- phone number or WhatsApp contact;
- wedding or event date;
- venue or area of the event;
- any additional information you choose to include in your message.
2.2 Browsing data
Like most websites, some technical data may be collected automatically while you browse (for example IP address, browser and device type, pages visited). For details on cookies and tracking tools, see our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your requests for availability, information or a quote, and handling pre-contractual contacts. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Managing any resulting contract if you book the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting). Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Technical operation and security of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Nature of the provision
Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary for us to respond to your request: without it, we cannot get back to you. Providing the other data is optional.
5. How we process your data
Data is processed using electronic and, where applicable, paper tools, with technical and organisational measures appropriate to ensure its security, integrity and confidentiality, and to prevent unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure.
6. Recipients of the data
Your data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed, on our behalf and within the purposes above, by providers of supporting services, appointed where necessary as data processors, including:
- website hosting and management providers;
- the service that handles the email delivery of form requests;
- Google, through the reCAPTCHA service, for spam protection of the form;
- email and messaging service providers;
- advisors and professionals for administrative, accounting and tax matters.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
7. Transfer of data outside the EU
Some technical providers (for example fonts or web services) may involve processing data in third countries. In such cases, transfers take place in compliance with the GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
8. Retention period
We keep data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- data relating to requests with no follow-up: up to 24 months from the last contact;
- data relating to contractual relationships: for the duration of the relationship and for the subsequent statutory periods (in particular tax and civil law, generally 10 years).
9. Your rights
As a data subject, under Articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- request rectification if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- request erasure ("right to be forgotten") in the cases provided for;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller (portability);
- withdraw any consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
